Based from their new office in Nerang, they are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / Business Support Coordinator to work closely with the Operations Manager and Sales Manager.This is a hands-on and varied role within a close-knit business. The Role

- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot
- Proactive, practical and willing to get involved where needed
- Able to work autonomously while being part of a small team
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
